Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint about the coaching?

I am a member of NOBCO: the Dutch Association of Professional Coaches. I do this for several reasons: to share knowledge with fellow professionals, but also to provide clients with a place where they can raise any questions or concerns regarding my services.

I WORK BASED ON TRUST, OPENNESS, AND MUTUAL RESPECT

Even with the utmost care, it’s possible that you may have a complaint regarding my practice or the coaching. I prefer that you discuss any concerns directly with me. I am open to your experience and will always seek ways to turn it into a positive outcome together. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you can contact NOBCO.
