This approach considers you as a whole, helping you understand why certain feelings, reactions, or patterns keep coming back — and teaches you how to break them. The goal is lasting change, recovery, and greater confidence and agency over your life.
Hypnotherapy can be used as a complementary approach to work on a subconscious level. This method helps to break through persistent patterns, emotions, or reactions that are difficult to shift through talking alone, for example in cases of stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, or psychosomatic complaints.
