Every change begins with clarity: what is truly happening, what do you need, and what do you want to achieve? You may feel stuck due to stress, uncertainty, or overwhelm, or because of deeper patterns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. Together, we’ll determine the form of guidance that suits you best.

Coaching helps you unlock your potential, develop more effective behaviors, and grow personally. You will gain insight and practical tools to achieve your goals, with a focus on self-confidence, motivation, and balance.

Sometimes you already know what you want, but taking concrete steps feels difficult. Inner blockages may be holding you back.

Counseling helps you explore and overcome these barriers, supporting you with (temporary) psychosocial challenges such as stress, burnout, anxiety, or perfectionism; sadness, grief; low self-esteem, or lack of self-confidence. This creates space, resilience, and focus to move forward toward your goals.

Integrative psychotherapy offers guidance for deeper or long-term challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or recurring patterns. This approach considers you as a whole, helping you understand why certain feelings, reactions, or patterns keep coming back — and teaches you how to break them. The goal is lasting change, recovery, and greater confidence and agency over your life.

Hypnotherapy can be used as a complementary approach to work on a subconscious level. This method helps to break through persistent patterns, emotions, or reactions that are difficult to shift through talking alone, for example in cases of stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, or psychosomatic complaints.

Together, we determine which approach or combination suits you best, fully tailored to your situation, pace, and goals — whether at our practice in Amsterdam Zuid or online. You receive guidance that truly fits and aligns with your goals, growth, and well-being.
